Payment & Cancellation Terms:

 

Payment Terms (% of total land package price):

 - 10% of total land package price to be paid to confirm the booking

 - 30% to be paid within 3 days of confirmation or once international flights are booked, whichever is earlier

 - 30% to be paid 65 days before trip departure date

 - Remaining amount to be paid 35 days before trip departure date

 - TCS@5% to be paid with the last installment.  If payment is made as foreign remittance directly in foreign currency, TCS need not be paid

 

 

Payment Terms (for international flights and visa):

 - Full fare or visa appointment booking charges to be paid at the time of booking.

 

Please note that while the package is quoted in INR for ease, any significant increase in the exchange rate will change the cost of the trip in INR.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms:

 

Following situations will attract cancellation charges as given below:

-  Cancellation of the entire trip by the traveler due to any reason whatsoever

-  Rescheduling of the entire trip by the traveler due to any reason whatsoever

 

Cancellation or Rescheduling charges (% of total land package price):

   - 30% charge up to 30 days prior to departure

   - 50% charge between 29 to 15 days prior to departure

   - No refund if cancelled within 15 days of departure

 

Relief in case of Visa refusal (% of total land package price):

   - Cancellation charge will remain capped at 20% up to 10 days before the date of departure  (minimum of Rs 20,000 pp)  subject to providing visa refusal letter of the embassy. 

  - If decision on visa is not received and less than 10 days remain before departure date, and the traveler opts to wait,  full cancellation charge shall apply in case of subsequent visa refusal.  However, the company shall try to mitigate loss to the traveler and the outcome will vary from case to case.
 

Note 1: Please note that all % amounts are % of the total land package cost and NOT the amount you have paid till on date of cancellation.

Note 2: The Company reserves its right to cancel the trip in case of non-payment/less payment on the scheduled payment dates given at the time of booking and apply cancellation terms given above.

 

 

Cancellation terms (on flights):

- Flight cancellation charges will be as per airline policy

 

 

Withdrawal of member/s or family from the group or Partial Cancellation

   - The family or group is treated as a single entity for the purpose of bookings etc. The total package cost of the group remains the same. Thus, any withdrawal of a member/family, due to any reason whatsoever, would increase the cost for the remaining members/families to the extent the amount is unpaid by the withdrawing member/family. The remaining members/families of the group shall continue to pay an increased amount so that total package cost is paid as per schedule. The onus lies with the lead traveler.

  

   - Same as above applied to a case where any member/family denied visa leading to their withdrawal from the group.  Remaining members continue to pay full package cost as per schedule. The onus lies with the lead traveler.

 

 

Relief in case travel to the destination becomes impossible due to natural calamity etc 

 - If travel to the destination is made impossible due to natural calamity etc, with 10 days or more remaining before departure date, the cancellation charge shall remain capped at the first slab of usual cancellation charge of 30% given above.  If such an eventuality arises within 10 days before the departure date, full cancellation charge will apply. However, the Company shall try to minimize the loss to the traveler but the outcome shall vary from case to case.
